Do you accept Vision Insurance?

No. As an ophthalmology practice, we do not participate with any vision plans. We will submit claims to your medical/health insurance. You will be responsible for your specialist copay at the time of each visit and we will submit claims directly to your insurance company to process.

What insurance companies do you participate with?

We participate with many health insurance plans such as Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, etc. We do not participate with Medicaid or Kaiser health insurance.
